KSeF, JPK AND VAT WHITE LIST INTEGRATION
INTEGRATIONS FOR ERP, CRM AND FINANCE SYSTEMS
We connect ERP, CRM and finance systems with KSeF, e-Financial Statements, JPK-VAT, JPK-CIT and VAT White List verification. MPED designs one integration layer that structures Polish tax, reporting and compliance obligations for enterprise environments.

HOW MPED SUPPORTS POLISH TAX AND COMPLIANCE PROCESSES
We design one Azure and .NET integration layer that combines Polish tax, reporting and compliance obligations in a single architectural model:
One integration platform
We build one middleware layer for Polish tax, reporting and compliance processes instead of multiple isolated integrations maintained separately.
KSeF Gateway
Handling e-invoice submission, asynchronous processing, document statuses, KSeF identifiers, UPO confirmations and idempotency for enterprise environments.
e-Financial Statements
Preparation, mapping and validation of data against current logical structures, including approval flow, signature readiness and document archiving.
JPK-VAT and JPK-CIT
Generation, versioning and validation of reporting data with support for corrections, file history and source-data consistency checks.
VAT White List verification
Automated contractor and bank account verification before payment execution, with stored results, business context and full audit trace.
ERP, CRM and finance integrations
The platform integrates with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, enova365, Comarch, HubSpot and custom client systems.
Security and monitoring
Key Vault, Managed Identity, sensitive-data redaction, Application Insights, operational alerting and technical audit trail across the full process.
Enterprise and multi-tenant delivery
Support for multiple clients and environments, retry, throttling, DLQ, CI/CD and scalable workloads built on Azure and .NET.
WHY ONE PLATFORM INSTEAD OF MANY POINT INTEGRATIONS
MPED designs solutions for organisations operating in regulated environments. In the tax and compliance area, we focus on one operating model that can evolve together with future obligations and regulatory change:
One integration API and one architectural model for multiple Polish tax and reporting obligations.
Asynchronous processing, idempotency and queue-based execution that reduce duplication and improve resilience.
Monitoring, health checks, alerting and full audit trail for documents, statuses and technical operations.
Environment isolation, secure secret management and readiness for multi-tenant enterprise deployments.
Connectivity to popular ERP, CRM and finance systems as well as custom client environments.
One support and deployment model that simplifies regulatory change handling and platform expansion.
SELECTED AREAS OF THE MPED PLATFORM
KSeF as a module of the MPED platform
The shared MPED platform includes a KSeF Gateway module responsible for connecting business systems with the Polish public e-invoicing ecosystem. It is not a standalone integration next to other tax processes, but part of one architecture handling documents, statuses, artefacts and compliance controls.
- receiving invoices from ERP and CRM through one API,
- queueing and asynchronous background processing,
- monitoring statuses, KSeF numbers and UPO confirmations,
- preventing duplicate submission with idempotency and correlation control,
- shared logging, monitoring and error-handling model with the rest of the platform.
Reporting and compliance in one delivery model
The MPED platform structures regulatory and control processes based on Polish reporting obligations in one shared integration layer. This means organisations do not need separate validation, security, archiving and connectivity mechanisms for every obligation.
- e-Financial Statements with logical-structure mapping, validation and signature-readiness support,
- JPK-VAT and JPK-CIT with versioning, corrections and artefact archiving,
- VAT White List verification inside finance, procurement and payment workflows,
- one consistent model for security, monitoring, configuration and client-system integration,
- readiness to evolve with changing structures, technical documentation and regulatory practice.
BENEFITS FOR ORGANISATIONS OPERATING IN POLAND
By working with MPED, organisations gain:
Lower operational risk
One platform structures tax processes, reduces manual work and limits errors in the preparation, submission and control of regulatory data.
Compliance readiness
The platform supports alignment with Polish structures, status handling, receipt confirmations and audit requirements.
Scalability across systems
The same integration model can support multiple business units, multiple clients and multiple source systems.
Faster rollout of change
A shared middleware layer makes it easier to extend functionality, handle corrections and respond to changes in systems or regulations.
